DescriptionAs a Project Manager at PTW, you will oversee software development projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget.You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.**Responsibilities**:Lead and manage a team of 50 mobile developers, quality engineers, and automation engineers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and project success.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and product management, to ensure seamless project integration.Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project efficiency.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to innovate and optimize processes.**Requirements**:Proven solid experience in managing large-scale mobile development projects.Strong understanding of mobile technologies.Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**Preferred Qualifications**:PMP or Agile certification.Experience working in a big tech company or a similar fast-paced environment.Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.**Benefits**:Competitive remuneration.Life Insurance.Transportation allowance.Meal ticket.Dynamic, multicultural and fun environment.You will be working at the world's leading provider of game services.Supportive community inclusive of LGBTQ+, and any age, ethnicity, religion, or disability.Dedicated employee wellbeing program.Career growth opportunities.Who we arePTW is a global games services company, providing technical and creative services to many of the largest developers and studios around the world.Founded in Japan in ****, PTW has grown to become a global force in gaming industry, with over 40 studios in 16 countries worldwide and offices across America, Europe, South America, and Asia.
