Reverse Associate Logistics Analystrole plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of product returns and reverse supply chain activities which include the issuing of appropriate disposition and handling of chemical and equipment returns and refusals, EDP asset tracking and refurbishment, donations, scrap, and disposal.This role focuses on maximizing value recovery from returned goods while minimizing costs and environmental impact.This hybrid position will report to Ecolab's Global Headquarters in St. Paul, MN.What You Will DoAnalyze return/refusal data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of product returns, refurbishment, and disposal.Manage disposition requests and utilize automation tools to streamline workflows.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reverse logistics activities, with accountability for maintaining open order aging.Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides to align with best practice, support training and onboarding of new associates.Support sustainability initiatives by overseeing donation, scrap, and disposal processes.Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance processes, to enhance customer experience.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 3 years of professional experienceExperience with reporting/data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CelonisExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with working alongside stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsSAP proficiencyKnowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, RCA, and/or other process improvement methodologies.Knowledge of Project Management methodologiesDesired AttributesDetail-oriented and data-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.Customer service mindset to enhance satisfaction.Team player, capable of collaborating cross-functionally.Commitment to sustainability and safety.Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & BelongingEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.We will recruit, hire, promote, transfer and provide opportunities for advancement based on individual qualifications and job performance in all matters affecting employment, compensation, benefits, working conditions, and opportunities for advancement.Ecolab will not discriminate against any associate or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expressions, genetic information, marital status, age, or disability.#J-*****-Ljbffr
