About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to lead our team in driving design and execution of innovative brand experiences, pop-ups, permanent retail spaces, and large-scale installations.This role requires a talented individual who can merge creative vision with technical expertise to bridge design, production, and fabrication.The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables forward.Develop and maintain design standards for high-quality, innovative, and functional outcomes.Collaborate with producers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.Partner with creative directors to translate design intent into architectural strategies.Communicate complex design ideas clearly to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.8+ years of experience in architecture with proven leadership in design-driven projects.Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and fabrication processes.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and specifications.Proficient in Rhinoceros, Google Docs suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
