As a Recruiter on our team, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical roles.
You will:Source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, building strong pipelines of talent.Aggressively source and build pipelines of high-quality passive and active candidates using innovative and diverse strategies—Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.Screen candidates to assess qualifications and guide them smoothly through the interview process.Proactively communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a positive reflection of the phData brand.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, design effective recruiting strategies, and consult on best practices.Lead the offer stage, including extending offers and negotiating compensation.Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling with efficiency, ensuring readiness of both candidates and panelists.Collaborate across multiple teams—data analytics, engineering, managed services, program management, and more—ensuring we bring the best talent into every corner of the business.Requirements5–8 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience.Full-cycle recruiting expertise, from sourcing through closing and negotiation.Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates.Experience leveraging data and analytics to assess sourcing effectiveness and refine strategies.Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline conversion, satisfaction).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a lean team environment.Professional-level English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering an excellent and timely candidate experience.Prioritize and manage multiple open positions across technical and non-technical teams.Maintain excellence across core recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction.Partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, advising on recruitment strategy, interview process, and market insights.Use phData's recruiting tools and systems to manage candidate pipelines, improve operational efficiency, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and panelists.Collaborate with the TA leadership and hiring teams to align on workforce planning and support talent development initiatives.Uphold and continuously improve best practices across recruitment operations—including job postings, social campaigns, ATS workflows, and candidate communications.Represent phData with professionalism, integrity, and alignment to our mission, vision, and core values.Who You AreInnovative – You're eager to test new approaches and continuously improve.Curious – You love to learn and stay ahead of recruiting trends.Adaptable – You thrive in change and adjust quickly to evolving business needs.Process-Driven – You identify opportunities for efficiency and implement improvements.Tech-Savvy – You're comfortable navigating recruiting systems and tools.Energetic – You bring enthusiasm and urgency to a fast-paced environment.Results-Oriented – You're motivated by achieving goals and connecting world-class talent with meaningful opportunities.Connected – You stay current with industry trends and maintain a strong recruiter network while engaging with talent communities.Why phData?
