Job Title: Tax Compliance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team.This role requires full-time on-site presence at our office location.This position involves managing and assisting in issuing non-fiscal documents (NF) and other related invoices.You will provide tax advice and support on tax considerations for Brazil product and business expansion, working closely with the Finance Director.This role includes overseeing the outsourced preparation of all tax computations (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ISS, IRRF, ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, etc.) and reviewing the tax and related subjects of financial reports.You will prepare IFRS and local GAAP tax provisions.This role also involves managing local tax audits and being the Brazilian tax authority relationship owner.You will support the Group's tax team on Brazil indirect tax advisory work.This position requires keeping up to date on the latest Brazilian tax policy developments and providing insightful updates to the business and tax team.You will work closely with advisors, sales managers, and other teams to enhance the efficiency of tax in our products and business.Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years of tax work experience, preferably in a large accounting firm.Bachelor degree or above, with fluency in English.Familiarity with Brazilian tax laws and regulations for wholesale and retail enterprises.Ability to appropriately measure, manage, and communicate tax risks.Strong communication skills and adaptability.
