it's an opportunity to shape the future of Web3 technology and education.Are you ready to be part of our vision to redefine what's possible in DeFi and beyond?Apply below, and let's explore this journey together.Check us out here: Decentralized MastersWhat will you be doing?The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the sales organization operates with speed, accuracy, visibility, and accountability.This role owns the day-to-day execution and optimization of the sales tech stack—primarily HubSpot—so that Membership Directors (MDs), Setters, and Sales Leadership can focus on selling, not admin.This is a hands-on, systems-focused role, not a people manager.You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data to maintain clean pipelines, automate workflows, enforce process discipline, and deliver reliable reporting.At Decentralized Masters, Sales Ops is mission-critical.This role directly impacts close rates, cash collection, forecasting accuracy, and the overall scalability of the revenue engine.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn accuracy of HubSpot CRM configuration: pipelines, deal stages, properties, workflows, and permissions.Ensure every lead, deal, and contact has correct lead status', lifecycle stages, ownership, and next steps.Maintain strict data hygiene standards (identifying/merging duplicates, no stale deals, missing properties, or broken workflows).Enforce CRM usage standards across Setters and MDs.Sales Automation & Workflow ManagementBuild and maintain automation for:Lead routing and assignmentTask creation and follow-upsDeal stage progressionCall outcomes and disposition trackingReduce manual admin work for sales reps wherever possible.QA all automations to ensure reliability and compliance.Maintain accurate, real-time visibility into:Pipeline value and velocityClose rates and conversion metricsDPL (Deals Per Lead), APS, and other core KPIsBuild and maintain sales dashboards for leadership.Support forecasting and revenue reporting in collaboration with Finance and Data teams.Manage and support integrations between HubSpot and:Calendars and scheduling toolsPayment platforms (e.g., Whop)Analytics and BI toolsTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes with internal tech or third-party vendors.Process Enforcement & EnablementTranslate sales process changes into CRM logic and automation.Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure systems reinforce desired behaviors.Create and maintain SOPs for sales roles, systems and workflows.Act as the point person for Sales Ops requests, improvements, and bug fixes.Support and respond to Sales Ops requests submitted via Slack channels.Compliance & Data IntegrityEnsure CRM processes align with internal compliance standards (FTC/SEC-aware language, disclaimers, documentation).Maintain audit-ready records for sales activity and deal history.Partner with Security/IT on access control and data governance.RequirementsWhat do you bring?Required Experience2–5+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM AdministrationHands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM (required)Strong background in sales automation and workflow designExperience supporting high-ticket or complex sales cycles preferredSkills & AttributesHighly systems-oriented and detail-drivenStrong understanding of sales metrics and funnelsComfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, and DataProactive problem-solver who spots issues before they become revenue problemsClear communicator who can translate business needs into system logicBonus (Nice to Have)Experience in high-growth, remote-first environmentsFamiliarity with Whop, aloware, or BI toolsExposure to compliance-heavy industries (finance, education, crypto, etc.)What We OfferCompetitive compensationRemote-first culture with a globally distributed team.Opportunity to own the organic growth engine of a fast-scaling DeFi brand.Access to cutting-edge tools, data, and creative freedom to innovate.A values-driven company culture that rewards results, autonomy, and excellence.If you are ready to take on a challenge that will shape the future of crypto finance and grow with a team of innovators, we want to hear from you#J-*****-Ljbffr
