Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to lead our team in creating high-quality designs.Our ideal candidate is an expert in UX who can combine strong design skills with structured workflows and discipline to produce high-impact results.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and improving core pages and user flows, as well as creating landing pages for internal campaigns occasionally.They will also produce high-quality visuals for sales and marketing assets, ensuring all designs are on-brand and aligned with product goals.Key Responsibilities:Designing websites and landing pages that meet business objectives.Creating compelling, on-brand designs aligned with strategy and messaging.Presentation of creative concepts clearly to stakeholders.Collaboration with marketing and research teams to elevate UX/UI.Handling multiple tasks with focus, creativity, and consistency.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:At least 8 years of professional design experience.A diverse portfolio showcasing web and marketing design work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.A sharp eye for design, layout, and usability best practices.Clear communication skills in English.Ability to present ideas effectively to team members and clients.Team spirit, organization, and a proactive attitude.BenefitsThis is a full-time remote position offering growth opportunities, job stability, and a collaborative work environment.The successful candidate will have access to cutting-edge tools and technologies, as well as regular feedback and coaching from experienced professionals.How to ApplyTo apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your application via our online form.You will be required to answer a short questionnaire and provide a copy of your CV.A member of our recruitment team will then contact you to arrange an interview with our Head of Design.
