Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Linux Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Linux Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the real-time data systems powering our clients.Main Responsibilities: Resolving Data quality issues, including root cause analysis and managing internal and external vendors to resolve data issues.Support On-call, incident management, problem and change managements.Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of Data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Collaborate with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience to enrich the team's capability and work together to provide high-quality services on Market Data.L2 Alert Management: Managing alerts that require knowledge for resolutions, creating and/or updating resolutions into knowledge base, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules where possible.Incident Management: Managing the lifecycle of incidents from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.Change Management: Management of the process of making production changes to the ticker plant like Mandatory updates which includes content, software changes/upgrades that are performed by vendors or internal teams where only checkouts are necessary.Others: Release Management, Event Management, User support, Reporting.Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles.Highly skilled in Linux System Administration.Experience in Windows operating systems.Scripting proficiency (Bash and/or Python preferred).Experience with networking and connectivity skills e.g. multicast, routing, switches, TCP/IP.Good communication and oral and written English skills is a must.Understanding of ITIL Foundation and IT Best practices.Prior experience in banking, investment, or other financial IT environments is advantageous.Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with ITRS Geneos, EXEGY (Wombat/Vela), or Market Data platforms (Refinitiv TREP/RTDS, Bloomberg).Familiarity with AWS ECS, AWS VPC, Google Cloud.Experience with GitHub/GitLab and automation pipelines.What We Offer?A modern, dynamic, and future-oriented environment within a top global institution.Flexible working arrangements – fully remote or hybrid options.Continuous learning and certification opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Long-term career prospects with international exposure.Inclusive, multicultural team with regular knowledge-sharing and team events.
