Our focus is on shipping quickly, running lean, and building tools that customers actually want.About the RoleWe're looking for a full-stack developer who's excited about building new things and using AI to move faster.
This is a remote-first, full-time role where you'll work closely with our small, fast-moving team to expand our feature set and help improve the developer experience.
You'll be building end-to-end: from scoping features to shipping production code.
You'll have real ownership over the tech you build.The project on which you'll be working is an online evaluation platform working with large enterprises across LATAM.
We recently finished refactoring the platform and we're entering a new phase of growth.
You'll work on adding new, AI-first, end-to-end features and refactoring legacy backend code.What You'll Work OnIn your first few months, you might:Modernize legacy PHP codebase while maintaining platform stabilityBuild AI-powered candidate assessment features and automated evaluation workflowsFix bugs, improve performance, and refine existing featuresWhat We're Looking For4+ years of full-stack development experienceProficient with React/TypeScript, PHP, MySQL, and AWSComfortable and curious using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to assist your workflowSolid experience building and shipping SaaS productsStrong communication skills in EnglishStartup mindset: you're self-directed and enjoy working in small, focused teams.Bonus PointsCurious to experiment and stay updated with the latest in LLMs and AI dev toolsEntrepreneurial mind with a few self-developed personal projectsHave experience in working in remote teamsSalary Range: $3.5 - $5k/month depending on experienceSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentGet notified about new Full Stack Engineer jobs in Brazil.
