Reimagine Software SolutionsThis is a senior role in software development where you will lead the updating of solutions used by national governments.This position is fully remote, however only candidates residing in Brazil will be accepted.As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to hands-on software development, collaborating with teams to solve complex technical challenges, design scalable solutions, and contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality software;Optimize performance, scalability, observability, and security through design and optimization strategies;Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and team members to align technical solutions with goals, representing the team in architectural review boards;Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, architectural decisions, and design patterns;Finding and addressing technical risks, ensuring long-term sustainability and understanding of team goals;Leverage AI copilots, code generation tools, and assistants to improve coding efficiency, testing, documentation, and prototyping;Continuously upskilling in AI-related technologies applicable to daily work.To be successful in this role, you will need:Requirements3+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with demonstrated expertise in building large-scale, distributed systems for enterprise environments;Proficiency in C# or Java programming languages;Experience building, maintaining, and supporting foundational shared services supporting cloud-native applications;Proficiency in RESTful APIs, OAuth, and secure authentication protocols;Hands-on experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka and databases such as Postgres and MongoDB;Development Practices: Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines;Soft Skills: Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions;Fluent English is required for this role.
