OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to architect, build, and maintain robust web applications across backend and frontend.
This role requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in collaborative environments, contributes to technical decisions, and mentors teammates while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (PHP backend + modern frontend).
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features.Translate Figma/mockups into production-ready code with strong UX/UI fidelity.Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.Modernize and refactor legacy codebases while ensuring business continuity.Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.Requirements5+ years of PHP development (frameworks, design patterns, performance optimization, security best practices).5+ years of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6+, responsive design, async programming, build/optimization tools).
Strong collaboration and communication skills; proven experience in team code reviews.Hands-on experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.Experience with legacy system maintenance and modernization.Nice to HaveWordPress/CMS development (custom themes, plugins).
