As a Language Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and refining Large Language Models (LLMs) by assessing the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI-generated outputs.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate prompts and responses generated by AI models to ensure linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance.Serve as a rater by providing structured feedback on AI outputs, identifying errors, biases, or inconsistencies.Develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers.Ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are well-represented in model training.Qualifications:Master's degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or related field.Strong command of written and spoken language with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.Experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation preferred.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic issues.
