Lead Visual Designer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Designer to join our design team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to define and implement visual direction for project rollouts.The Lead Visual Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining design systems and style guides, advocating for user-centered design principles with clients and stakeholders, contributing to the strategic vision of the user experience, leading design reviews, and providing constructive feedback.Required Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate will have expertise in Figma, including advanced component systems, and be skilled in design presentation and client communication.Secondary skills, such as animation and motion design, video editing and print design, 3D modeling, AI/AR/VR experience, user research and usability testing, and Webflow or front-end development experience, are nice to have.Benefits:Professional development opportunities will be provided through annual review of industry standards, ongoing skill development through Figma training and cross-disciplinary collaboration.Others:Requirements include a strong portfolio and hands-on experience, with the ability to provide online portfolios and Figma samples for team review.
