Hr Specialist

We're looking for a passionate and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering HR programs, supporting leaders, and driving initiatives that enhance talent attraction, employee experience, and people development across operational and administrative teams.What You'll DoManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to ensure consistent, high-quality selection decisions.Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.Coordinate early talent programs (interns and apprentices).Support leaders in identifying training needs and implementing development plans.Coordinate the Annual Training Plan and promote the use of e-learning platforms.Facilitate onboarding and learning sessions that build engagement and capability.Support goal setting, feedback, and performance review cycles.Assist with talent mapping and succession planning initiatives.Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives.Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and action plans.Support programs that promote well-being and a strong workplace culture.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degreein Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experiencein Human Resources, ideally in a generalist or HR partner role.Proven experience managingrecruitment and training programs.English proficiency required(written and spoken).Why Join UsOpportunity to make a tangible impact in shaping employee experience.Work in a collaborative environment where new ideas are encouraged.
