Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Developer to join our team.The selected candidate will design and build systems that integrate large language models into production, support our analytics platform, and lay the groundwork for a next-generation AI-powered customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build production-grade generative and agentic AI systems from prompt design and model selection through to orchestration and deployment.Fine-tune and integrate third-party models into our platform and customer workflows.Develop and maintain pipelines, tools, and infrastructure to deliver reliable and scalable AI features.Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy and monitor AI services in production.Establish best practices for AI evaluation, safety, and continuous improvement.Help define our AI technical strategy and roadmap.RequirementsStrong experience designing, building, and productionizing AI-driven or agentic systems.Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, context management, and prompt engineering.Experience with cloud environments and monitoring or evaluating deployed AI services.Experience working with APIs and SDKs from leading model providers.Proficiency in Python and familiarity with backend integration workflows.Comfort working in small, fast-moving teams with limited technical oversight.Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.BenefitsThe opportunity to define and build the AI foundation of a fast-growing startup.Competitive compensation.Full remote work model with the opportunity to occasionally collaborate in person.Fast-moving, engaging environment with a team that values both ambition and fun.What You'll GetA fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.The opportunity to make a huge impact in an early-stage company defining a new category in financial technology.Two weeks of paid vacation per year, 10 paid days for local holidays.
