Join to apply for the Operational Account Representative role at Netvagas.MAGNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH, in partnership with a multinational company located in Indaiatuba/SP, is looking for:Operational Account RepresentativeResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional, accurate service to customers by managing a high volume of requests and inquiries electronically, including some phone work.Collaborate with team members to add value to customer interactions.Manage a large volume of transactional work.Service customer requests received electronically and through portals.Respond to customer requests via email and phone.Prioritize urgent and standard orders.Handle customer complaints and returns with care.Maintain up-to-date account and contact information.Use CRM systems to oversee and strengthen customer relationships.RequirementsBachelor's degree in related fields.Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a valuable asset.Previous customer service experience.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays.Valid passport required.Desired QualificationsExperience with ERP systems, especially Oracle.Additional InformationLocation: Indaiatuba-SP, Brazil.Work is 100% in person for at least 1 year.Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm.Initial training in Europe for approximately two months.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesHuman Resources Services
