Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert to join our innovative project focused on AI learning and academic content development.As a key member of our team, you will use your expertise in STEM, social sciences, or humanities to design, evaluate, and review educational materials that help train and refine advanced AI language models.Your insights will directly influence how AI understands reasons and responds to complex academic questions.This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education research and innovation to contribute to the future of AI.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate well-structured graduate-level tasks, problem sets, and prompts in your field of expertise.Review and evaluate AI-generated content for factual accuracy, depth, and academic rigor.Identify reasoning errors in AI responses and provide expert corrections.Develop clear and verifiable assessment questions for elementary to high school levels.Maintain organized records of all work feedback and task evaluations.Required QualificationsBachelor's, Master's, PhD, or postdoctoral degree in a relevant academic discipline.Minimum 2 years of professional or teaching/tutoring experience.Strong subject knowledge in STEM, social sciences, or humanities.Excellent academic writing and analytical reasoning skills.Proven ability to design and evaluate structured educational content.Preferred SkillsPrior experience with content evaluation, curriculum design, or education technology.Familiarity with AI tools, research writing, or data-driven learning models.Ability to manage deadlines in a flexible remote environment.How to ApplyIf you're passionate about education research and innovation and want to make a meaningful contribution to the future of AI, we'd love to hear from you.
