**Position Overview**:
Welcome to the heart of the action
The Workplace Experience Intern role is a pivotal component of the Employee Experience team, a dynamic assembly of 12 professionals spread across Malta, Gibraltar, and Skopje.
Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, the Workplace Experience Intern is instrumental in providing top-tier administrative support to elevate the overall workplace experience.
This internship is a paid opportunity, being offered on a basis of 11 hours per week, and on a flexible schedule according to the business needs.
**As a Workplace Experience Intern Your Responsibilities Include**:
- Providing substantial administrative support.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of events and meetings, overseeing tasks such as check-ins, maintaining attendee lists, and offering on-the-day event support.
- Ensuring the general upkeep and organization of the office environment.
- Assisting in various ongoing projects within the Employee Experience team.
- Efficiently managing the distribution of office mail.
- Undertaking other ad-hoc duties as required in kitchen and on the floor.
**You Are**:
- Available to commit up to 11 hours per week.
- Flexible to work after office hours for events or activities.
- Possessing proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A hands-on enthusiast, approaching tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
