Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services.Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline.
Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

This includes working closely with product line leadership to collaborate on processes, providing accounting insight for potential new deals or arrangements, and working with analysts to ensure contract parameters within ERP system are correct.Required QualificationsThis role requires advanced experience in the Finance & Accounting Operations.Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting from an accredited university or collegeAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Ability to anticipate, communicate, report and resolve challengesAbility to work non-standard business hours during monthly and quarterly close, if neededProven analytical and organizational abilityEffective problem identification and solution skillsUnderstanding of how operational processes link to the financial statementsProficient in English, verbal and writtenDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
