Job Description:This is a leadership role for an experienced professional with strong technical skills and management abilities.As the manager of endpoint engineers, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining and securing corporate devices across our global organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint management, including experience with ninjaone or similar platforms, as well as hands-on knowledge of windows and macos environments at scale.Key Responsibilities include:Leading and mentoring a team of 4 endpoint engineersOverseeing maintenance, patching, and compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using ninjaoneDriving automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsuring endpoints meet compliance requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:2+ years of people management experience in it or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with ninjaone or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both windows and macos environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using powershell, python, or similarPreferred Qualifications:While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industriesCertifications such as microsoft 365 certified: modern desktop administrator or similarExperience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response edr toolsWork Environment:This is a fully remote position.The ideal candidate must be available for occasional meetings across global time zones and willing to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
