###### MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify sectors/companies with investment potential and prospect potential targets under the supervision of the senior team.Construction of the financial model and review/validation of the model developed by the junior team.Coordinate the activities of the junior team and carry out more complex analyses, supporting the decision-making process (eg Investment Committees; Boards of Directors, etc.).Carrying out operational, financial and accounting due diligence, being responsible for the quality/criticality of the information, in addition to having an interface with the management to ensure the veracity of the information and compliance with the agreed deadlines.Provide inputs for the construction of contracts (Investment Agreement; Shareholders' Agreement and Infomemo).Monitoring and directing the junior team, defining stages/deliveries and contributing to team development###### REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience with conducting M&A deals from inception to contract signingPrevious experience with team managementAdvanced EnglishAdvanced ExcelComplete graduation
