Job Description
Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the production lines
Analyze and report any anomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2 and M3 in the PM (SAP) system and confirm orders
Carry out inspection of electrical/mechanical, and/or predictive route, when planned and requested by the planner
Develop, along with the supervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up the Maintenance services
Carry out scheduled tasks; equipment maintenance and facility maintenance
Comply with the Kanban planning, updating it according to the standard
Contribute with feedback for planning, optimizing the scheduling, times of execution and reducing back-log
Diagnoses root cause of electrical / mechanical malfunctions or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and/or corrective maintenance
Develop root cause analysis
Comply with reasonable EHS instructions and safe working procedures
Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety
Assist with the preparation of risk assessments
Report EHS hazards, incidents & issues
Follow GMP & 5S at work place
Academic Background
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
