Role : Junior DevOps EngineerMandatory Location: São Paulo, BrazilWork Model: 2 days per week onsite + remaining days remoteWe are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer based in Brazil to join our global teams.You willwork closely with DevOps and engineering teams in London and Poland, and you will also bepart of the early phase of building a growing DevOps team in Brazil.This is a junior-level role with a strong focus on learning, mentorship, and professionaldevelopment.You do not need experience with all of our technologies — the most importantqualities are your attitude, willingness to learn, and solid technical fundamentals.What You Will Do- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions- Assist with deployments on OpenShift (Kubernetes), AWS cloud environments, and bare-metalservers- Work with configuration management using Ansible- Support Linux/Unix systems and assist with Windows environments when needed- Contribute to monitoring and observability using Dynatrace and the ELK Stack- Collaborate with development teams using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub- Participate in Kanban-based delivery cycles- Learn and use AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Rovo, and Devin- Write documentation and help improve operational processes- Collaborate across time zones in clear written and spoken EnglishEssential Skills & Experience (Mandatory)- B2+ English (spoken and written)- Strong foundational knowledge of Unix/Linux- Basic to intermediate understanding of Ansible- Knowledge of Git and version-control workflows- Basic programming or scripting experience (e.G., Bash, Python)- Motivation to learn and grow in a DevOps environment- Ability to work effectively in a distributed teamNice to Have (Not Required)- Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions- Kubernetes or OpenShift- AWS or other cloud platforms- ELK Stack- Dynatrace or other monitoring tools- Windows server administration- Banking, finance, or FX experience- Experience with Kanban teams- Exposure to AI-assisted development toolsWhat We Are Looking For- Someone in the early stages of their DevOps career- Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions- Comfortable learning from experienced engineers- Able to take on responsibility as confidence grows- Interested in helping build a DevOps team in BrazilWhat We Offer- Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale DevOps systems- Mentorship from experienced engineers in Europe- Exposure to modern DevOps tools and practices- Growth opportunity toward a mid-level DevOps role- International work environment with real impact- Chance to help shape a new DevOps function in Brazil
