Job Description:We seek an expert in AI/LLM Quality Assurance to rigorously test and evaluate AI-generated content.This involves identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with safety, ethical, and quality standards.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Prompt Evaluation, and Quality Assurance for AI/ML systems.They will conduct adversarial attacks on large language models (LLMs) to uncover potential failure modes, evaluate and stress-test AI prompts across multiple domains, and develop test cases to assess accuracy, bias, toxicity, hallucinations, and misuse potential.Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvementEvaluate the performance of AI-generated content against established guidelines and standardsDevelop and implement evaluation frameworks and scoring rubrics for prompt performance and safety complianceRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in AI red teaming, LLM safety testing, or adversarial prompt designFamiliarity with prompt engineering, NLP tasks, and ethical considerations in generative AIStrong background in Quality Assurance, content review, or test case development for AI/ML systemsBenefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of safe and responsible AI practicesChance to collaborate with a talented team of data scientists, safety researchers, and prompt engineersOthers:To proceed further in the evaluation process, complete two assessments: Assessment Test and Language test.Register on XConnect for project onboarding and communication.
