As our next Sr Finance Manager Operations, you'll be at the forefront of leading and managing the financial operations, including Treasury, Accounting, Costs, Finance, and Taxes.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Financial Management: Arrange, analyze, interpret, and explain financial information to leaders and management.
- Process Control: Oversee budget, forecast, variance analysis, and cost management.
- Compliance: Ensure local and corporate compliance in financial operations.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and participate in price correction analysis with customers.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement strategies and operation plans.
- Receipts and Payments Management: Control receipts and payments, conduct bank negotiations, and issue financial positions.
- Daily Management: Address financial problems within existing areas.
- Performance Management: Manage the company's accounting and financial performance, present monthly results.
- Financial Planning and Control: Oversee budget, cash management, and banks.
- Tax Planning: Generate results through tax planning while ensuring compliance.
- Cost Reduction: Lead cost reduction processes and risk management.
- Decision Support: Guide business areas in decision-making based on added value.
- New Business Analysis: Analyze financial studies for new businesses in Brazil.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12 to 15+ years of experience in financial management in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, compliance, and strategic planning.
- Fluent in English - Business/Professional level
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience with financial software, tools, or methodologies.
- Automative Manufacturing experience highly preferred
