**About MonetizeMore** MonetizeMore is a global leader in ad tech, seen by 300M+ people monthly.For 15 years, we've achieved double-digit growth by blending proprietary AI technology with manual optimization techniques to empower publishers.We are a culture-centric, location-independent organization that values **Integrity, Enterprising, Kaizen, and Collaboration**.**The Role** As the Director of Ad Optimization, you will lead a diverse team of professionals to maximize publisher retention, satisfaction, and long-term scalability.You will act as a high-level strategic advisor, helping publishers understand the value of working with Monetize More and our ability to help them navigate complex traffic acquisition funnels and omnichannel architecture all while returning the best ROAS in the industry.**Key Responsibilities**- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing remote team of ad optimization professionals, fostering a culture focused on collaboration and respect.- **Performance Marketing Strategy**: Leverage deep expertise in traffic acquisition to serve as a high-level strategic advisor for publishers, driving growth through actionable insights.- **Market Influence**: Act as a strategic bridge to the performance marketing space, utilizing strong industry connections to drive expansion, bonus points if you speak Portuguese.- **Strategic Negotiations**: Conduct high-level negotiations with programmatic partners to secure advantageous terms and unlock new business growth opportunities.- **Data-Driven Performance**: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, session RPM, and revenue.**Who You Are**- **The Remote Leader**: Proven track record of managing high-performing remote teams.At least 3+ years of experience managing teams.- **The Performance Expert**: Skilled in performance marketing architecture and traffic acquisition consulting.- **The Regional Pro**: Strong connections in the Brazilian performance marketing space and ideally speaks Portuguese.- **The Tech Specialist**: Deep understanding of Google ad optimization tools, MCM processes, and Google policies.At least 8+ years experience working in ad operations and with Google tools.**What You'll Be Expected to Bring**- Positive revenue growth Month-over-Month.- Publisher satisfaction - driving continuous improvement of NPS scores- Keeping publisher churn at a minimum- Driving a standard of excellence, collaboration and accountability for your team**Why Join Us?**- **Location Freedom**: 100% remote work environment.- **Growth Mindset**: Investment in your personal and professional development.- **EPIC Culture**: Join a team that embodies "Zen by Kaizen" and relentless focus on mission.CTip0QNwXo
