Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to join our Paid Media team.This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong analytical mindset, solid communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms.Create, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for various clients.Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals are met.Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.Produce monthly performance reports and collaborate with account managers on strategic recommendations.Monitor trends, updates, and best practices in paid media to ensure campaign efficiency.Provide strategic input to improve overall account performance and growth.Key Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, and/or Performance Max campaigns.Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and reporting tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to align digital campaigns with business goals.
