Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are expanding into Brazil and are looking for an experienced social media professional to help us establish and grow our local presence across major platforms.ResponsibilitiesLaunch and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok accounts for the Brazilian marketCreate and adapt engaging content in Brazilian Portuguese (videos, carousels, banners, stories, etc.)Ensure brand voice consistency and alignment with local culture, humor, and digital trendsCollaborate with local creators and influencers for authentic engagementTrack performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on resultsCoordinate visual content requests and ensure assets are tailored for BrazilStay up to date with social media best practices and competitor activityQualificationsFluent Brazilian Portuguese, with excellent writing and communication skillsExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written)3+ years of proven experience in social media growth and content creationStrong knowledge of Brazilian market, culture, and digital ecosystemIndependent, proactive, and results-oriented mindsetStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with visual content tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) – a plusWork ConditionsRemote & flexible working hoursFull-time positionLong-term collaboration possible based on resultsWe'd love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications and are excited to help us grow in Brazil
