**YOUR ROLE**:
- **Take the lead in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions in Sales or Service Cloud to meet clients' specific needs.
**:
- **Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and the technical environment.
**:
- **Design, build, and deliver customized solutions using Salesforce and connected technologies.
**:
- **Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
**:
- **Conduct process analysis sessions and develop technological solutions.
**:
- **Identify project issues and risks, presenting alternatives to resolve them.
**:
- **Promote best practices and security guidelines.
**
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- **At least years of experience with Salesforce implementations.
**:
- **Deep knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.
**:
- **Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
**:
- **Ability to provide training and guidance on Salesforce administration and implementation best practices.
**:
- **Salesforce Administrator Certification (**must**)**:
- **Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification (**preferred**)**
