own support, and provide an outstanding support experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc.We\'re all Mac.Troubleshoot, use the terminal, and make macOS work in the enterprise.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for all new employees and the retrieval process for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate busywork.Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents and issues as needed, through to completion.Balance help desk tickets with project work; work in sprints and document progress in Jira (adhere to agile methods).Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.Experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; working knowledge of APIs and system integrations.Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong documentation skills and the ability to craft clear tickets, emails, and Slack messages.Proven ability to self-manage, scope projects, and coordinate across multiple teams.Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS (no certifications required).Experience with GAM and CLI work to increase efficiency.Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: leadership aligned with startup/tech environment values.Our culture and expectationsHave a passion for progress;
