Agentic .NET Engineer - Remote - Latin AmericaFullStack is a transparent IT talent network connecting high-skill individuals with top global companies and Silicon Valley startups for remote, on-demand projects.We focus on building a trusted, high-performance network where talent can thrive in a positive, respectful, and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate directly into our client's team and work alongside existing designers and engineers daily.Develop, test, and maintain robust .NET applications.Leverage AI engineering tools (OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, etc.) to accelerate software development.Prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.Orchestrate, validate, and integrate model-produced code into larger systems.Implement code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.Work through new and difficult issues, contributing to libraries as needed.Maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experience.Advanced English proficiency.Four-year college degree required.Meaningful experience working with .NET.Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems.Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows.Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.Experience with database management systems.Knowledge of cloud platforms.Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.Experience working on large, complex systems.Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and consistently work 40 hours per week.A positive mindset and can-do attitude.BenefitsCompetitive pay.100% remote work.Opportunity to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.Continuing education opportunities.Opportunity to grow and expand your career.Our talent network is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible environment where IT professionals can find opportunities that match their skills.We welcome individuals of all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, national origins, abilities, and experiences.Our focus is on connecting talent with projects based on qualifications, ensuring a fair and transparent process that values diverse perspectives and global collaboration.Learn more about our Applicants Privacy Notice.#J-*****-Ljbffr
