EPC Project Manager
**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
**Position Title**: EPC Project Manager

**Reports To**: EPC Associate Director
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Project Manager responsible for overall project management (EPC Photovoltaic project).
- Manage the project according to best practices of the Project Management knowledge areas as risk analysis, quality, project human resources, costs, scope, time, integration, engineering, supplies, critical path analysis of project, engineering, claim management, crisis management and negotiations.
- Conduct team management meetings, assessment of risks and opportunities, physical and financial progress, claims negotiations, analysis, monitoring and management of projects and teams KPIs.
- Monitoring, reporting, and controlling project costs and schedule through all phases of the project.
- Manage the project in accordance with the internal regulations requirements.
- Managing the interfaces with the stakeholders and within the project team.
- Managing the project turnover and lessons learned.
- Managing for every phase the project to ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Monitoring and reporting to Director the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost, schedule, quality and EHS.
- Establishing and conducting project management/ review meetings.
- Contribute to resolving contract differences or disputes.
- Relationship and management of the areas involved in the project to ensure on-time delivery - Engineering, Planning, Contract Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, among others.
- Ability to manage and monitor scope, schedule, budget and quality.
- Solid communication and influence for discussions with project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of techniques and methodologies to manage projects (planning, negotiation, problem solving, cost control).
- Identify and mitigate risks and implement improvements in project performance.
- Ensure the results of the projects under your responsibility.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Project Management Certification, PMP (it is a plus).
- Advanced English.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working on EPC Project Management, energy infrastructure projects including any large-scale power generation plants/projects (photovoltaic experience will be a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally with staff, management, volunteers, clients, suppliers, community partners and external stakeholders.
