Estamos contratando: Cybersecurity & Compliance SSR/SR (Brasil)NaGuardline, estamos construindo o futuro do compliance automatizado.Nossa missão é simples e ambiciosa: ajudar bancos, fintechs e seguradoras a cumprir as normas mais complexas de segurança e prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro — de forma simples, rápida e inteligente.Buscamos um(a)Cybersecurity & Compliance Analystcom mentalidade prática e olhar estratégico.Alguém que entenda tanto de controles ISO quanto de privacidade de dados e LGPD, e que queira crescer em um ambiente dinâmico, internacional e de alto impacto.Seu papelVocê fará parte do time responsável por implementar e manter nossos programas desegurança e conformidade, garantindo que Guardline atenda aos padrões internacionaisISO/IEC *****:****,SOC 2 Type IIe às exigências daLGPD.Seu trabalho vai impactar diretamente a confiança que nossos clientes — bancos, fintechs e grandes empresas — depositam em nossas soluções.O que você vai fazerImplementar e manter oscontroles de segurança e compliancede acordo com ISO *****, SOC 2 e PCI DSS.Desenvolver e revisarpolíticas de privacidade e proteção de dados, alinhadas àLGPDe às boas práticas internacionais (GDPR, ISO *****).Acompanharauditorias internas e externas, garantindo a geração e a rastreabilidade das evidências.Coordenar ações de correção e melhoria contínua após auditorias ou análises de risco.Atualizar e gerenciar políticas, controles e processos na nossa plataformaGRC.Trabalhar em parceria com os times deTecnologia, Jurídico e Produtopara garantir o compliance desde o design das soluções.Experiência necessáriaExperiência em implementação e manutenção da ISO/IEC *****:**** (versão 2).Experiência em certificações e controles de SOC 2 Type II.Experiência em privacidade e proteção de dados sob a LGPD.Experiência em desenvolvimento e implementação de políticas de privacidade para o setor financeiro (bancos, fintechs ou seguradoras).Experiência em uso de ferramentas GRC.Requisitos3+ anos de experiência em segurança da informação, compliance ou privacidade de dados.Conhecimento em frameworksNIST,CIS Controls,OWASP,COBIT.Familiaridade comcloud security (AWS, Azure)e controles de acesso (IAM, MFA, criptografia).Capacidade de traduzir requisitos normativos em processos práticos e eficientes.Inglês técnico intermediário (para leitura e documentação).Fale um pouco de espanhol.DiferenciaisCertificações comoISO ***** Lead Implementer/Auditor,CISA,CISM,LGPD Data Protection Officer.Experiência emempresas SaaS, RegTech ou Fintech, Big FourVivência comauditorias ISO e SOC.O que oferecemosFazer parte de umastartup RegTech em rápido crescimentona América Latina.Cultura horizontal, foco em inovação e aprendizado contínuo.Trabalho remotocom flexibilidade de horários.Oportunidade de participar deprojetos internacionaise certificações globais.Ambiente colaborativo, multicultural e com autonomia real.Interessado em transformar o jeito como o mercado enxerga segurança e compliance?Junte-se à Guardline e ajude a tornar o compliance simples.Somente serão consideradas candidaturas que incluam a pretensão salarial (em USD).
