Technical Solutions Lead Wanted">Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Lead to drive technical excellence in our Salesforce ecosystem.This role will support the growth of our business processes, adopting or learning new tools as needed.Key Responsibilities:Designing, developing and supporting the Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Marketing/Pardot, Experience Cloud)Owning release cycles to implement and deploy new/updated applications and codeDeveloping Apex, experience building Custom User Interface, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web ComponentsDesigning and developing sites using Experience Site Builder and customizing the experience site interfaceDesigning and developing custom workflows, approval flows and preparing solution design documents, data flow diagrams, test cases etc.Maintaining Salesforce best practices, code documentation and writing/maintaining test classes for all custom developmentCollaborating with the business (Commercial Sales & Marketing, Agronomy) to understand requirements and provide timely solutionsClosely working with IT team developers to design, develop, test, implement and support system solutions primarily in Salesforce PlatformRequirements and Qualifications:7+ years hands-on development and design experience with Salesforce Platform is requiredExperience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC/Aura/Visualforce is requiredGeneral web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is requiredExperience working with large data sets, Salesforce API's and bulkification is requiredExcellent analytical and debugging skills are essentialKnowledge of IT SDLC and SOX methodologies is requiredMobile publisher, Salesforce maps and ERP, Datawarehouse, BI/Tableau tool experience are highly valuedAbility to work as part of IT team with clear verbal and written communicationBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering and Information Systems is preferred
