Team Overview
We are looking for a Transactional Fraud Prevention Specialist to oversee and safeguard critical payment flows, including cash-in, cash-out, chargebacks, 3DS, and transactional authentications.
This role is responsible for monitoring suspicious activity, defining preventive controls, ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Brazil regulations, and guaranteeing a secure customer experience while minimizing fraud risk and operational losses.
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing transactional patterns, designing and implementing preventive controls, and leading fraud investigations across payment flows (cash-in, cash-out, chargebacks, 3DS, and authentications).
You will ensure full regulatory adherence to the Central Bank of Brazil guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fraud prevention strategies, and balance security with customer experience to reduce fraud exposure and operational losses.
Role Qualifications
A strong background in transactional fraud prevention, proven experience with payment flows (cash-in, cash-out, chargebacks, 3DS, and authentications), solid knowledge of regulatory requirements from the Central Bank of Brazil, and the ability to design effective controls while fostering collaboration across teams.
