Teacher – Red Balloon Graças Recife – PE | Presencial | CLT | Publicada em Há mais de 55 anos, transformamos o ensino de inglês em uma jornada de encantamento, criatividade e afeto.Na Red Balloon, não ensinamos apenas um idioma: ensinamos a sonhar em outra língua.Nosso foco é o desenvolvimento completo de crianças e adolescentes, de 3 a 17 anos, por meio de experiências significativas em sala de aula.Somos apaixonados por ensinar.Nossa missão é expandir o mundo de cada estudante, cultivando o fascínio pelo aprendizado em inglês e preparando-os para voar alto.Inglês para pensar, sentir, criar.Com afeto, com propósito, com excelência.Você será responsável por ensinar inglês para crianças e adolescentes, utilizando a Metodologia Red Balloon.Atuará com turmas de diferentes faixas etárias, preparando aulas, aplicando avaliações, participando de eventos e reuniões escolares, e contribuindo ativamente para um ambiente de aprendizagem acolhedor, dinâmico e de alta performance.Principais Responsabilidades• Ministrar aulas com base na Metodologia Red Balloon.• Preparar e corrigir atividades, lições de casa e avaliações.• Estimular a comunicação oral e a confiança no uso do inglês.• Apoiar os alunos dentro e fora da sala de aula, quando necessário.• Participar de treinamentos pedagógicos e eventos escolares.• Manter boa comunicação com alunos, famílias e equipe escolar.• Cumprir prazos e orientações definidos pela Coordenação.Perfil Desejado• Inglês avançado ou fluente (níveis , C1 ou C2).• Desejável certificações como Cambridge (FCE, CAE, CPE), TOEFL, Michigan ou experiências de intercâmbio.• Gosta genuinamente de crianças e adolescentes.• Proativa, paciente, comprometida e responsável.• Boa comunicação, empatia e trabalho em equipe.• Experiência prévia em sala de aula será considerada um diferencial (mas não é obrigatória).Formação Acadêmica• Estudantes ou graduados(as) em Letras, Pedagogia ou áreas correlatas.• Também aceitamos candidatos(as) de outras áreas, desde que com inglês avançado e afinidade com o público infantil.Modelo de Trabalho e Regime• Presencial – Unidade Red Balloon Graças (Av.
