Our commitment is to meet the needs and expectations of our clients with quality and precision.If you're looking to grow and develop in a solid company, sign up below and explore the available opportunities on our portal: Drummond CareersRESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements.Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and balance sheet analysis.Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries for assigned clients as directed by the Senior/Supervisor.Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure the accuracy of information.Ensure the correct accounting of clients' long-term transactions.Organize documentation related to the company's accounting.Record accounting transactions for the clients under their responsibility.Assist in tax calculation.Reconcile accounts and complete tax payment forms and requests with government agencies.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:MUST HAVE:Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);WILLINGNESS TO LEARN – no prior experience in US accounting required, but it will be a plus;Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);Accounting experience, especially in financial closing.NICE TO HAVE:Experience with the Domínio system;Experience in Accounting BPO.DRUMMOND CULTUREAt Drummond, we promote a dynamic culture that values collaboration and partnership among employees, creating a stimulating environment where everyone can contribute and grow together.
