Creative Strategist

About the role:We are currently hiring Creative Strategists to manage the creative production process for our portfolio of brands at BM Digital. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads.Creative Strategists are the storytellers behind each video ad. This person is creative and analytical: they must be able to communicate a clear message through short form video and determine the best ways to vary content for different audiences. They will utilize both video and written language to craft compelling stories out of raw footage. We're a scalable growth platform with a strong performance guarantee, a track record of results, and a culture built for A-players.Responsibilities:You will create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth by:Utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategyAnalyzing data in platforms like Atria, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads ManagerPerforming consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resourcesCollaborating with Post-Production, Production, and your Creative Strategy Lead to produce videosWriting scripts and copy for video, static image ads, email campaigns.Ensuring visuals match creative strategy outlined for the adGiving feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the adExecuting on feedback given by your Creative Strategy LeadAnalyzing the results of creative tests and utilizing this analysis to iterateWith oversight from your Creative Strategy Lead, responsible for weekly strategic account planningIdentifying top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysisIdentifying effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystemRequired Skills And Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experiencePaid social or Direct Response experience (work/writing samples are a big plus)Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasivelyAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisionsStrong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, Youtube, SnapchatAble to work comfortably across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and best practicesAdditional details:This is a full-time, remote positionThe annual compensation range is $45K-95K USD depending on experience
