Sap Integration Lead

SAP Integration Lead We are looking for a consultant able to lead integration processes accross all levels of our client's environment, in contact with stakeholders and also with outside partners.Together with the leading skills and understanding of the business, the ideal profile would have a strong technical background in SAP SD; SAP ABAP; SAP Order-to-Cash and EDI & Idoc Integration.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide solution architect leadership & strategy development.Lead Technical architect for medium to large projects.Accountable across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.Lead the overall design, including the structure of a segment solution based on requirements from the business, global and regional views, as well as the design of standard software configurations.Building delivery blueprints including but not limited to application diagrams, physical architecture, process diagrams, systems maps, service interfaces, technical interfaces, data modeling, integration planning.Translates non-functional and functional requirement into solution designs, ensuring solution aligns with business goals and processes, uses and provides enterprise information consistently, integrates effectively with other applications, supports a common application environment and user interaction model, uses the common technology platform, and achieves enterprise level security, quality of service and scale.Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture to make sure that the solution fits within enterprise context, while also ensures solutions align with business goals and processes, and follow client's IT Standards and Best Practices.Participates in client's Community of Practice forum with other Solution Architects.Coordinates complex solution architecture implementations while leading design variances based upon business needs.Ensures artifacts are documented.Coordinates engagements with internal and external parties as they relate to evaluation, design and delivery of business capabilities.Contributes to the evaluation and selection of software product standards.Participant in industry representation, policy formation, User Groups, and strategic direction.Provides coaching and leadership to system software developers through enhancements and projects.Works well with varying levels of Business and IT Professionals.Able to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner to Business team (written and verbal).Able to understand business requirements to turn into technical specification solutions.Stay abreast of latest technologies in his / her functional space, consistently growing in knowledge and industry trends.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree.10 years IT professional work experience.Mandatory to have excellent fluency in English; both written and verbal communication skills.Candidate will be regarded as SME and should have high level of expertise in SAP - SD component.Strong ABAP skills, with complex troubleshooting experience.SAP Order-to-Cash end to end expertise required (SD).EDI and Idoc experience highly preferred.Experience in software engineering, software development, solution architecture and able to develop a High Level Design (HLD) and ideally with ability to deliver Low Level Designs within area of expertise.Experience in highly integrated complex data environments e.g. EDI / BI / ETL, ERP etc, and open to working in a multitude of SAP and NonSAP applications and technologies.Candidate should possess high level of consultative skills and have prior experience of collaborating with Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects in solving complex business problems with innovative technical solutions.Strong leadership skillsCreative thinkingSelf-motivated and self-starting on workStrong Technical leadership of Application Development teams and vendors.Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architects and infrastructure engineers to identify, design, and implement highly complex, end-to-end solutions.Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologiesExcellent collaboration skills and can quickly cultivate networking opportunities within the organization at varying levels of Business and IT Professionals.Broad range of business and IT experiencesHold technical and / or business certification(s).Ability to work in a virtual team across distance, with different cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, with on-shore and off-shore resources (may extend outside the organization including suppliers, partners and customers).We are digital changemakers – here to disrupt old ideas, blaze new trails, and help enterprises transform and scale at unparalleled speed.Tech Mahindra is a global consulting service and systems integrator that operates in over 90+ countries, delivering solutions with a unique blend of digital innovation and robust, industry-strong processes.With our promise to help our customers "scale at speed,#J-*****-Ljbffr
