**Deliver a flawless service to our customers**
Under mínimal supervision, provide instructions and supervision to junior Field Engineers on day-to-day wellsite work and activities.
You will provide advice and direction to external customers and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.
**As a FIELD SPEC II, you will be responsible for**:
- Building successful long-term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth
- Providing technical resolution to complex challenges at the well site
- Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external communication with a high degree of professionalism

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have previous experience in Gas and Oil Industry
- Have an awareness of HSE requirements and be able to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
- Be a team player and display good communication skills
- Have good communication, including advanced English and inter-personal skills; excellent customer awareness.
- Have fluent Portuguese.
- Have the ability to travel at short notice and work away from home for periods of time
- Be able to work in a 24/7 service environment, based on an agreed shift schedule
- Availability to live in Macaé-RJ
