Affiliate Specialist

The Affiliate Specialist - Streamers & Influencers will play a crucial role in growing KTO's affiliate network by sourcing and recruiting new affiliates, specifically targeting casino and sports streamers, influencers, and Instagram pages with a strong following related to football and sports in Brazil.
This role requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and relationship management.
You will be instrumental in driving brand visibility through strategic partnerships with influencers and streamers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, source, and recruit new affiliate partners, focusing on casino and sports streamers on platforms such as Twitch and YouTube, as well as football and sports-related influencers on Instagram.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, negotiating deals, and closing partnerships.
- Oversee and manage the tone of voice and content published by streamers and influencers to ensure alignment with KTO's brand guidelines, compliance with general marketing and regulatory requirements for sports and casino, and adherence to responsible gambling best practices, while maintaining a fun and friendly approach.
- Manage affiliate accounts to ensure continued engagement and performance, providing necessary support and resources to maximize their effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Head of Affiliates to develop strategies for affiliate recruitment and growth, with a strong focus on Brazilian markets.
- Monitor and report on affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in the influencer and streamer space to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and compliance to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, account management, or affiliate marketing is highly desirable but not essential.
A strong desire to be a self-starter and close deals is a must.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese (English is a plus).
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with partners.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage long-term relationships with affiliates.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results with mínimal supervision.
- Passion for Sports & Gaming: Familiarity with the sports betting and casino industry, particularly in the Brazilian market, is an advantage.
- Digital Savvy: Knowledge of streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube, as well as social media platforms like Instagram.
