You'll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client's portfolio - a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.

5+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.jsStrong experience with MySQL and MongoDBHands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practicesDeep understanding of REST APIs and web application architectureExperience with Git, unit tests, and maintaining code qualityExperience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, high-performance systemsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsUpper-Intermediate+ English levelStrong ownership, motivation, and accountabilityDesirable:Hands-on experience with payroll or HR system developmentFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker)Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholdersKey Responsibilities And Your ContributionIn this role, you'll lead the development and maintenance of core systems for a robust payroll platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and technical excellence.Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend and frontend components using PHP and React.jsDesign and implement REST APIs and work with MySQL and MongoDB databasesDevelop, deploy, and maintain platform components in AWSWrite high-quality, maintainable code and enforce coding standards across the teamMentor junior engineers and collaborate with the team on feature design, problem-solving, and best practicesParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality What's working at Dev.Pro like?
