About EightpointWe specialize in agile product development that addresses real-world interests and drives growth for partners.About the RoleWe are seeking an Android Engineer to lead cross-platform mobile app development using Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose.Experience with iOS development is a plus.Architect and develop mobile apps using KMP and Compose.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives for Android and iOS codebases.Analyze and optimize high-volume systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead new product development efforts and enhance existing products.Troubleshoot system failures for high-quality user experiences.Requirements5+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin proficiency.Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or cross-platform framework experience.iOS development experience (Swift or Objective-C) is a strong plus.Strong architecture design skills and reusable UI component building.Comfortable working in fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
