Junior Recruiter (fully remote)We are an American recruiting company with more than 30 years of success in the US recruiting market.As the IT market keeps growing, we are looking to expand our talented international team of Recruiters.What you'll doThis is a communication-driven role.Your typical day includes:Proactive calling to identify qualified candidates among the ones selected by our sourcing teamInterviewing candidates and preparing their documentsCoaching candidates before interviews with our clientsConducting follow-ups after interviewsExtending job offers and supporting candidates through the offer processWhat you need Upper-Intermediate English or higherGood communication skills.Most of your day is going to be spent communicating: the better you can demonstrate your ability to listen, explain different roles and negotiate, the better results you will getSelf-motivation and the ability to stay consistent in a remote environmentGoal-oriented mindset - you like measurable achievementsAvailability to work Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm Brazil time (8 hours of work with a 1-hour break)Personal laptop or PC (corporate laptop provided after 6 months)What you'll getBase salary + performance-based commissions (no caps)Remote job in your comfortable placePaid, hands-on training from day oneInternet reimbursementOngoing online training programs and paid seminars/webinars Corporate wellness program (gym membership, massage therapy, etc.)Benefits package (paid vacation, holidays, sick time off, parental leave)Find out more about us: hope to see you soon
