We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team.This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable multi-tenant APIs.The ideal candidate will have deep experience with backend development, particularly with NestJS architecture, testing, and production deployment.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable, secure APIs for digital banking systems.Implement real-time banking dashboards and lead API architecture discussions.Mentor and coach a growing engineering team, promoting best practices in backend systems.Drive the adoption of event streaming platforms for real-time transaction processing.Requirements:10+ years of experience in backend development.Strong background in multi-tenant API systems and scalable backend architectures.Deep expertise with NestJS (architecture, testing, and production deployment).Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana.Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.
