OverviewEmployer Industry: Home Improvement FranchisingCompensation and BenefitsSalary up to $100,000Annual discretionary bonusComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with matching contributionsSupportive work-life balance with 10 paid holidays and open time offRelocation assistance available for candidates willing to moveWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities)Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance vendors using PIC and Touchpoint for product configuration and orderingServe as the primary contact for vendors, leading regular meetings to address technical issues and discuss catalog changesOversee the onboarding process for new vendors, coordinating with relevant stakeholdersManage and test catalog changes in coordination with vendors and PIC; troubleshoot technical issues as neededCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve vendor onboarding experiencesWhat is Required (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in vendor management, product data management, or technology-enabled procurement/supply chain rolesKnowledge of the window coverings or home improvement products industryStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience in onboarding and supporting technology integrations with external partnersFamiliarity with Salesforce, Jira, or similar ticketing/project management toolsPrevious experience with vendor data governanceA very strong preference for candidates with experience in window coverings
