Lines (MOL) and Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK).The new entity functions from its global headquarters in Singapore, supported by regional headquarters in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, Dubai and Brazil.ONE is the world's seventh-largest container carrier with a fleet size of approximately 1.53 million TEU.Operating more than 200 vessels, it offers an expeditious and reliable international network of over 130 services to 120 countries and beyond.ONE is a member of Premier Alliance, a global ocean carrier consortium.For more information, please visit position is exclusively for people that reside in São Paulo city.Applications will be received until: 25/01/2026POSITION PURPOSETo manage and execute all procurement activities related to inland activities as transportation, Depot and others.This includes rigorous supplier selection and ensuring compliance with all internal policiesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESSupport strategic sourcing projects following IOP policyDetermining supply needs and researching potential suppliers.Selecting qualified vendors and seeking alternative suppliers (when applicable)Support risk management assessment relating to supplier vulnerability, sourcing options, and material availabilityProject managementLeading vendors negotiations (price, schedules, and terms & conditions)Evaluate and compare vendor quotes, bids and information and make a recommendation based on the findings.Support opportunity assessments and benchmarking to develop sourcing opportunities.Review and assist to resolve pricing, quantity and unit of measure issues to ensure payment within terms for all vendorsActing as a liaison and communicating pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers.Documenting the sourcing process for audit purposes.Contribute to the preparation of the annual IOP Procurement strategic plan.Commit to the execution of the IOP Procurement Strategic Plan.REQUIREMENTS2 - 3 years Knowledge in shipping industriesAnalytical SkillsExcel - AdvancedEnglish: Advanced / FluentSpanish: Intermediate / AdvancedHave a Costumer satisfaction first mentality (one of our values), along with being aligned with our other, as important, values: Lean & Agile; Teamwork; Best Practice; Challenge; Quality; Reliability and InnovationPREFERRED EDUCATIONVALUES:Lean & AgileTeamworkBest PracticeQualityReliabilityCustomer SatisfactionInland Procurement Analyst So Paulo Analista Pleno • Curitiba, BR#J-*****-Ljbffr
