This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to elevate our college's visibility and drive student recruitment.Position Number: S84510This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66,270 - $80,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the College of HealthLead a complete website redesign project and ongoing digital presence managementCreate and implement compelling brand messaging framework aligned with university standardsProduce high-quality content for multiple platforms including social media, publications, and digital campaignsSupport undergraduate and graduate student recruitment through targeted marketing initiativesCollaborate with college leadership, faculty, external partners, and university communications teamsManage marketing campaigns that promote academic programs, research achievements, and college identityOversee both strategic planning and hands-on content creation and project managementQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experienceThree to five years of related work experienceThorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methodsExceptional communication and writing skillsExperience in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAt Lehigh, you'll join a community committed to academic excellence and innovation.
