We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regulatory licensing efforts in Brazil.
As a Compliance & Banking Partnerships Manager/Director, you will be responsible for navigating the complex world of Brazilian regulations and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance to drive business growth and expansion in one of the most dynamic fintech markets.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing effective compliance strategies to ensure seamless operationsPartnering with leadership to identify business opportunities and drive growth initiativesMaintaining strong relationships with regulators and banks in Brazil to facilitate smooth transactionsCultivating a culture of compliance throughout the organizationTo succeed in this role, you will need:A solid background in AML and compliance, with direct experience working with regulators and banks in BrazilThe ability to operate at both managerial and strategic levels, with a strong understanding of crypto regulations and market practices in BrazilExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholdersWe offer a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment, where you will have the freedom to take ownership of your work and drive real results.
