Supply Chain Consultant Job DescriptionThe primary role of a Supply Chain Consultant is to design and implement tailored supply chain solutions that drive measurable business results.This involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and desired future state of their operations.This position requires a strong background in supply chain management, preferably with experience in forecasting and replenishment.The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Spanish a plus.The key responsibilities of this role include:Determining business requirements and designing tailored supply chain solutions.Configuring RELEX tools according to customer specifications.Managing platform configuration, data handling, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Attending or leading process development workshops, conducting design workshops, analyzing data and KPIs, presenting findings and results to stakeholders, creating functional design documents, and educating customers on RELEX use.In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be involved in sales support activities, including:Preparing proposals, project scopes, plans, and solution architectures.Conducting product demonstrations and preparing sales materials.Participating in sales meetings and supporting business development activities.The required qualifications for this role include:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Software/Systems Administration, or Business Administration.Proven experience in forecasting and replenishment, preferably with RELEX or similar SCM solutions.Desired certifications: SCM, CPIM, CSCP, and digital supply chain applications.
